Armaseal is an environmentally friendly asphalt and macadam preservative.

Armaseal seals fine cracks and voids, prevents ingress of water, reduces aggregate loss and slows down deterioration.

Armaseal is suitable to be applied to carriageways, car parks, cycle paths and footways. Developed to maintain and preserve the existing properties of the surface.

Armaseal is a rapid setting water based polymer bitumen compound which has minimal effect on surface texture and can be applied by hand or bulk spray tanker.

Sprayco Armaseal is a rapid setting water based polymer bitumen compound to seal and restore aged asphalt and macadam surfaces. The major use for Sprayco Armaseal is to spray it as a Lockcote application for surface dressed roads (a separate Technical Data Sheet and various case studies covering the Lockcote usage are available). Typical hand applications of Sprayco Armaseal include carriageways, airport runways, car parks, cycle paths and footways. Sprayco Armaseal also seals fine cracks and voids in the surface course, preventing the ingress of water and fretting of the surface prolonging the service life of bituminous surfaces.
